This year marked the first-ever Stonehill PRIDE Week, which was a resounding success. This program was sponsored by the Office of Intercultural Affairs, with partnerships and sponsorships from the Stonehill PRIDE Week Planning Committee, the Student Government Association Diversity Committee, the Moore Center for Gender Equity, and the Active Minds student organization.
With more than 150 attendees at all of the events combined, this Stonehill PRIDE Week was a testament to the level of support that the LGBTQ+ students, staff, and faculty have on campus. The events that occurred provided multiple spaces for conversations around sexual and gender identity as it relates to bullying, mental health, coming out, HIV/AIDs, and celebration.
Below you will find assorted photos taken during some of the events that happened at Stonehill PRIDE Week. Photos were taken by Nicki Pardo, Riten Lawai ‘18, and Julian Smith-Sparks ‘19.
